Planning Charrette
Be a part of helping to shape the future development of your community! All members of the Old Goucher neighborhood are invited to participate in an open community “charrette,” a day-long, guided discussion, about the challenges and opportunities for the Old Goucher area, on August 24th. The focus of the charrette will be on soliciting input for physical changes to Old Goucher, such as additional parks, enhanced streetscape, lighting or other projects, that participants feel would help improve the quality of life in our community. All those living or working in Old Goucher are welcome to come and engage in the discussion.
Refreshments and a light lunch will available to those attending and participating in the charrette. There will be a sign-up and registration for community participants beginning at 9:30am.
If you are not able to attend the charrette on August 24th, but would like to provide some input in the development of the Vision Plan, there will be additional opportunities through an online survey. However, the best way to make your views known will be during the charrette, so we hope that you can join your neighbors on the 24th!
