Meeting and Election of Officers

This Wednesday, May 24th, the Old Goucher Community Association will meet at Lovely Lane Church- in the main church at 7pm. This meeting is very important, there has been a proposal to amend the OGCA by-laws to eliminate term limits for officers.  This proposal will be discussed and voted on prior to the elections.
